The Evergreen Institute offers extremely high-quality and amazingly practical instruction on residential renewable energy and green building through courses and hands-on workshops at the Center for Renewable Energy and Green Building in Gerald, MO, 1.5 hours west of St. Louis.

The Evergreen Institute was founded in 2008 by Dan Chiras, Ph. D., author, lecturer, and green building consultant. Dan has written over two dozen books on sustainability, residential green building, and residential renewable energy and has taught numerous classes and workshops.
